Orange and Papaya Agua Fresca Recipe
Makes: 28 servings (about 8 ounces each)

Directions
- In a blender, combine the papaya and water. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
- Add the orange juice and blend.
- Optional: Over a pitcher, strain the mixture through a fine sieve to remove pulp.
- Taste and add sweetener of choice.
- Pour the mixture over ice and serve to liking, whether that's as is or in glasses with rims garnished with chile powder.
